oz fundraising's service is relatively simple and free of legal
jargon:
You must agree to abide by
the terms of each of these individual merchant programs. Although there are
occasional differences in the language of these programs most of the key
components are the same:
- You may not SPAM. If you spam you will be
immediately removed from the program and all commissions accrued will be
forfeited.
- The merchants are basically not responsible for
anything including, but not limited to, sales tracking errors, their web
site being down etc.
- They can discontinue their commission sales
program at any time.
I will make every effort to ensure that the merchant
programs listed are quality merchants, but since I cannot control any aspect
of the merchant programs I cannot accept responsibility or liability for anything
they do. Furthermore, I
am not liable for anything related
to the provision of service to you or your use of any aspect of this service. If
I can't disclaim total liability I am only liable to the very least amount allowed
by law.
You are responsible for keeping your information such
as contact information and mailing address up to date with the merchants via
commissionmonster. You
are responsible for keeping your email address up to date so that I can contact
you if the need arises. This agreement is deemed to have been offered and
accepted in Sydney, Australia and any legal action that may arise from
your use of this service must be brought and filed in Sydney Australia. |
